Infinity helps its clients effectively pivot into a more inclusive organization through the development of diversity & inclusion strategies ranging from Employee Resource Group development to Diversity Recruitment Plans.
As President and CEO, Glenda is responsible for client management and diversity strategy development which focuses on creating inclusive communities for the firm’s clients.
Glenda has worked in the auto industry for 2 of the Big 3 automakers where she was responsible for diversity & inclusion programs for the manufacturing and engineering organizations. She has also worked for The Coca-Cola Company where she was responsible for diversity communications for the North America business.
Glenda is also the President and CEO of The PIVOT Foundation, a non-profit diversity, equity and inclusion think tank whose mission is to help companies, organizations and universities leverage their resources to pivot into a more inclusive entity.
Glenda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Grambling State University and a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
